If you wish to be seen by a doctor or nurse, please call our receptionist on 01926 403800 to book an appointment at the surgery. You can also go online to book an appointment through our electronic booking system, Patient Access.
If your condition is non-urgent, you can expect to see a GP within two working days, though you may have to wait longer if you wish to see a particular GP. If you don’t need an appointment within two working days, you also have the option to book an appointment as far ahead as you wish if this is more convenient for you.
Urgent cases are seen on the day.
Telephone Appointments
We offer telephone consultations with our GP's and Nurse's on a daily basis if you wish to speak to them instead of coming to the surgery. Telephone calls are booked in but you will not be given an appointment time, they will be completed in morning surgery if you call in the morning or in afternoon surgery if you call in the afternoon. The doctor who speaks to you may ask you to come in for an appointment. Telephone appointments can be made by calling our reception number on 01926 403800.

Nurses based in our practice treat patients for a wide range of common conditions. You can expect to see a nurse within one working day. If you wish, you may book an appointment with a nurse as far ahead as you like if this is more convenient for you.
Please note appointments with the nurse cannot be made on-line and must be made via the telephone.
Chaperone Service
If you would like, a member of the practice staff can accompany you during your consultation and/or examination with the GP or nurse. A chaperone is a person who acts as a witness for a patient and a medical practitioner during a medical examination or procedure.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. The practice monitors its appointment non-attendance and it may write to patients that default on their appointments on 3 consecutive occasions within a 6 month period. Continuation of non-attendance of booked appointments may result in patients being removed from the practice list.
