Zero tolerance

The Practice supports the NHS policy of zero tolerance with regard to violence or verbal abuse towards the doctors, staff of others on the Practice premises or other locations where treatments may take place. Such actions may be reported to the police and the patient removed from the Practice list. Telephone calls may be recorded in the interest of all parties.
