Budbrooke has ranked 7th out of 5,892 GP practices across the UK for overall patient experience.

We are absolutely delighted with this achievement and would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all our patients for your continued support and feedback, which has made this possible.

What has gone well?

What went well?

  • Ranked 7th place out of 5892 GP practices for ‘Patient Experience’
  • Ranked 28th place out of 5895 GP practices for ‘Phone Access’
  • Ranked 19th place out of  5864 GP practices for ‘Appointment wait about right’
  • Our top strengths were: phone access, website access, NHS App access, choice of appointment day/time and sees preferred healthcare professional.

‘Has preferred healthcare professional’ – allowing patients being able to see their regular GP:

We have increased our salaried GPs:

We also have our registrars:

  • Dr Mostafa Mohamad
  • Dr Ahsan Rehman  – Starting 12th August
  • Dr Elinor Clarke – starting 4th August
  • Dr Sam Chan – Currently on maternity leave

We also have regular locums and EA GPs that cover Extended Access shifts on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings or on a Saturday:

Our other Health Care professionals are:

  • Furhan Ansari – Clinical pharmacist – 4 days a week
  • Afshan Ghaffar – Clinical pharmacist and ACP – Locum
  • Ruth Mullineux – Practice nurse – 4 days a week
  • Sally Bell – Practice nurse – 3 days a week

We have asked all reception staff when patients are booking in, to ask who your preferred GP is and to book in with them if they are on session.

We encourage long term health conditions to be managed by a regular GP where possible.
