Our telephone system now includes a convenient Check and Cancel service, allowing patients to manage their appointments without waiting to speak to reception. By following the automated prompts, patients can quickly check the date and time of their upcoming appointment and, if they are unable to attend, cancel it directly through the telephone system.

This self-service option is available 24 hours a day, helping patients access appointment information at a time that suits them while reducing waiting times on the phone. It also allows reception staff to focus on patients who require additional support and helps make cancelled appointments available for other patients more quickly.
