Dispensary Update: Aug 2026

Our medication supplier has recently undergone operational changes, which have had an impact on our medication deliveries.

As a result, we are currently experiencing some disruptions within our dispensary and are unable to process medication requests as quickly as we normally would. For example we are only receiving one delivery a day until our supplier has resolved their internal organisational issues.

Dr Henry White and Practice Manager Sarah Davies are treating this matter with the utmost urgency. They have met directly with the supplier and are actively working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and concern this may cause our patients. Please be assured that we are taking this situation very seriously and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

In the meantime, we kindly ask patients to:

* Order repeat prescriptions earlier than usual to ensure you have an adequate supply of medication while your prescription is being processed.
