Domiciliary Blood Test Requests

• Ensure that, if requesting a domiciliary blood test, the patient is housebound – please ask them to attend a clinic if they are able. The domiciliary service is only for patients who are unable to leave their homes
• Avoid sending duplicate domiciliary requests – urgent requests are being completed within one week, routine requests are taking between 2 and 5 weeks,
• Get in touch to cancel any domiciliary blood tests that are no longer needed, via your normal contact route or by phoning the appointment line on 02476 153546 (option 2 then 4).
